Recharge Café D&D One-Shot Night Policy Recharge Café’s D&D Nights welcome new and veteran adventurers to enjoy story-driven one-shots lasting 2–4 hours led by our in-house Game Masters. Each game focuses on creativity, teamwork, and fun in an inclusive environment. Sign-Up & Seating Seats are limited and first-come, first-served. Sign up in-store or online and arrive 10–15 minutes early. Late arrivals may lose their seat; walk-ins accepted only if space allows. Age & Guardian Policy Recommended age is 12+. Players under 12 may join on a trial basis if a guardian stays for the full session. Anyone under 16 must have a guardian remain on site. Anyone under 18 must have a guardian complete a one-time consent form for any event held after regular business hours; this must be signed in-store before the event and remains valid for future sessions. Recharge Café may verify guardian contact information for safety. Event Types Free Play Nights – No cost, open to all. Bring your own dice or use our pre-made characters. Snacks and drinks available for purchase. Premium Adventure Nights – Ticketed events that include light food and non-alcoholic drinks. The ticket fee helps cover refreshments, materials, and preparation time. These sessions often feature longer stories or themed adventures. Registration closes one week prior to allow for setup and meal planning. Seating is limited; advance registration required. Materials & Fees Dice, pencils, and character sheets are provided; personal supplies welcome. Participation fees or donations support community events and materials. Cancellations & Refunds Refunds or reschedules must be requested 48 hours in advance. Premium Night tickets are non-refundable within one week of the event. Missed sessions cannot be refunded. Content & Ratings Most sessions are PG-13 or below; higher ratings will be clearly noted. Share any content or accessibility concerns with your Game Master beforehand. Introduction Packet All players must complete the emailed Introduction Packet sent to the address used at sign-up. This must be completed before attending your first session. Guild & Media Participation may earn Guild Quest credit toward advancement in the Recharge Adventurer’s Guild. Recharge Café may take photos or video during events for promotional use.
