Cotton Candy Dreams: Building a Magical Cart

When we decided to bring Recharge Café to our local farmers market, we knew we didn’t want to just set up a table—we wanted to build something that felt like it rolled straight out of a fantasy fair.

So we grabbed a wagon, a toolbox, and a dream. Bit by bit, we transformed it into a mobile café cart, complete with a built-in cotton candy machine,solor power supplies, and a patio umbrella that lights up the night like a festival lantern.

It’s still a work in progress (as most magical things are), but each week we’ve made tweaks— themed signage, flavor displays—all with the goal of creating something whimsical and welcoming. The best part? Seeing kids run up with wide eyes and ask, “Can I have Storm Dragons Tuff?” or “How is he making that? Its like magic"

To us, this little wagon isn’t just a setup—it’s a spark. A spark of joy, of wonder, of connection.
