Overview of Phase 10
Phase 10 is a card game that combines elements of Rummy with a unique phase progression. The objective is to complete all ten phases before your opponents.
Game Setup
Shuffle the deck and deal 10 cards to each player.
Place the remaining cards face down to form a draw pile.
Turn the top card of the draw pile face up to start the discard pile.
