Recharge Café is proud to present… The Wright Stuff – Cards & Collectibles Show!

Wrightwood’s very own card and collectibles show.
We will be transforming The Wrightwood Place event house into a 2,000+ sq ft of hobby showcase filled with vendors, food, and fun. For one incredible Saturday, this space will become a marketplace packed with energy and community.

Each paid admission includes one complimentary raffle ticket for our event giveaways.

Pre-Show Early Access

For collectors who want the first chance at rare finds, we offer a Pre-Show Early Access Ticket.
Early Access Tickets: $30

Early Access ticket holders will be allowed to enter the event one hour before general admission, giving them the opportunity to browse vendor tables and secure highly sought-after items before the show officially opens.

What to Expect

Guests can expect a wide variety of vendors offering hobby products and collectibles such as:

• Magic: The Gathering
• Other Trading Card Games
• Plushies
• Action Figures
• Comics and Manga
• Handmade Crafts
• Collectibles and Memorabilia
• And much more
Recharge Café will be hosting raffles and giveaways throughout the day, giving attendees opportunities to win exciting prizes.
The show will also feature multiple food vendors, ensuring guests can enjoy great food while exploring the event.
Whether you are searching for rare cards, expanding your collection, or simply enjoying the hobby community, The Wright Stuff is designed to be a fun and welcoming event for collectors of all ages.

Looking to become a Vendor?

Vendor Policies

Vendor Responsibility
Vendors are solely responsible for their merchandise, equipment, and personal property during the event. Recharge Café and The Wrightwood Place are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
 
Sales Responsibility
Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting any applicable sales tax in accordance with California law. Vendors must possess a valid California Seller’s Permit when required.
 
Payment & Refund Policy
Vendor booth fees are non-refundable once a vendor has been accepted and payment has been received. Booth spaces are reserved only after payment is completed.
 
Booth Conduct
Vendors are expected to maintain a professional and respectful environment during the event. Recharge Café reserves the right to remove any vendor engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior. Vendors removed for these reasons will not be refunded.
 
Booth Sharing
Booth spaces are reserved for the approved vendor only. Vendors may not share, sublease, or transfer booth space without prior approval from the event organizer.

REtail Vendor

Retail Vendor Information

We are seeking approximately 20 retail vendors offering trading cards, collectibles, artwork, crafts, toys, comics, and related hobby merchandise.

Table Options:

Tables will be available for vendor use during the event, though vendors are also welcome to bring their own tables if preferred.
Vendors may request a maximum of two tables, and both tables must be the same size.

Pricing is per table:
1 × 6-Foot Table — $130
1 × 8-Foot Table — $140

Vendor Giveaway Discount:

Vendors who donate one sealed item with a retail value of $25 or greater to be used as part of the event giveaways will receive $25 off their booth cost.

Local Vendor Discount:

Local Wrightwood businesses may request a $5 discount with proof of local operation. Acceptable documentation may include:
• EIN with a local address
• Business lease agreement
• Other documentation confirming Wrightwood business presence

 
Vendor Arrival & Setup:

Retail vendors may begin arriving for setup between 6:00 AM and 7:30 AM. All vendors must be fully set up and ready by 8:00 AM.
Vendors who have not arrived by 7:30 AM will forfeit their reserved booth space. Late vendors will not be permitted to set up or participate in the event, and no refunds will be issued.

Requested Documents:
 

1. Certificate of Insurance (COI) showing:
• General Liability Insurance
• Coverage usually $1,000,000 per occurrence (standard event requirement)
• Event name and location listed if possible
 
 2. A Signed Vendor Agreement Form (This will be sent once Accepted to participate)

Food Vendor

We are seeking approximately 10 food vendors to provide a variety of food and beverage options for event guests.

Vendor Space Pricing:
10 × 10 Space — $140
10 × 12 Space — $155

Custom Vendor Spaces:

Vendors who require larger or smaller spaces than the standard options may request a custom space size, which will be priced on a case-by-case basis.

Food vendors are responsible for complying with all required health permits, food safety regulations, and local vending requirements.

Food vendors must arrive between 7-10AM 

Requested Docutments:

1. Health Department Permit
Issued by:
San Bernardino County Department of Public Health

2. Food Safety Certification
• Food Handler Card or Food Protection Manager Certificate

3. Certificate of Insurance (COI) showing:
• General Liability Insurance
• Coverage usually $1,000,000 per occurrence (standard event requirement)
• Event name and location listed if possible

 
4. Fire Safety (If Cooking)
If vendors are cooking with:
• Propane
• Fryers
• Open flame

5. Sign a Vendor Agreement Form (This form will be sent once Accepted to paricipate)
