Service Description
Private Catered Dungeons & Dragons Session (Full Shop Buyout) Looking for the ultimate Dungeons & Dragons experience? Our Private Catered D&D Session offers exclusive use of Recharge Café for a fully immersive, uninterrupted adventure. For this session, the shop will be closed to the public for 4 hours, giving your group complete privacy and a focused atmosphere. A dedicated Recharge Café Game Master will lead your game from start to finish, allowing for deeper storytelling, smoother pacing, and a fully personalized experience. This package is ideal for special occasions, milestone sessions, long-form one-shots, or groups who want a cinematic, distraction-free game. This session is suitable for up to 5 players and includes: Exclusive use of Recharge Café for 4 hours A dedicated Recharge Café Game Master Fully private, uninterrupted gameplay Snacks provided during the session Non-alcoholic drinks provided Curated background music to enhance the atmosphere Notepads and pencils Dice Basic character sheets Players are welcome to bring their own dice, books, minis, or characters. Please Note: This is a private buyout experience and must be booked in advance. Additional players, extended time, or special requests may be available for an additional fee.
Cancellation Policy
By booking, you agree to the following policies. Booking & Payment • All bookings must be made in advance, online or in-store. • Payment may be made online or in-store. • Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received. Cancellations & Changes • All cancellations incur a 25% service fee. • Cancellations within 48 hours receive a partial refund only, minus the service fee. • Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. • Date or time changes incur a $5 re-booking fee and are subject to availability. Capacity & Time • Bookings have a maximum occupancy. • Rental time includes setup and cleanup. • Early arrival, overtime, or exceeding capacity may result in additional charges or early termination without refund. Food, Drink & Alcohol • Outside food and drinks are permitted. • Drinks must be non-alcoholic and in closable containers. • Alcohol is not permitted on the premises. Conduct, Damage & Liability • Guests must behave respectfully. • The booking holder or party host is responsible for guest behavior and any damage, excessive mess, or cleaning fees. • Management may end a booking early without refund for policy violations. Booking Categories Dungeons & Dragons / Tabletop RPGs Reserved table space, seating, optional ambient music, and use of in-house terrain or props if available. Pricing may be per person or per group. Late departures may incur additional charges. Private Parties Exclusive use of the booked space with table and seating setup. Non-damaging decorations only. Cleanup must be completed by the end of the booking. Hosts are responsible for guests and related fees. Board Game & TCG Groups Reserved play space with suitable tables. Pricing may be per person or per group. No personal sales without approval. Workshops & Private Use Activities must align with the mission of Recharge Café. Special equipment or layouts require advance approval. Events must end on time. Final Notes Recharge Café reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings that do not comply with these policies.
