Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment • All bookings must be made in advance, either online or in-store. • Full payment is required at the time of booking. • Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been received. • Online bookings require a minimum of 2 hours’ notice. Same-day bookings may be accepted in-store at staff discretion, subject to availability. Recharge Café does not hold unpaid reservations. Cancellations & Refunds Recharge Café values fairness for both our guests and our staff. Because sessions require advance scheduling and staffing, the following policy applies to all hosted services: • Cancellations made 4 or more days prior to the scheduled booking will receive a full refund. • Cancellations made between 2–4 days prior to the scheduled booking will receive a 50% refund. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking are non-refundable. • Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Refund eligibility is determined based on the original scheduled booking time. Rescheduling • Date or time changes requested 48 hours or more before the scheduled session may be accommodated based on availability. • Changes requested within 48 hours of the scheduled session are treated as cancellations and follow the refund structure above. Recharge Café reserves the right to approve or deny rescheduling requests. Capacity & Time Usage • Each booking has a maximum occupancy limit. • Booking time includes setup and cleanup. • Early arrival or extended use beyond the reserved time is not guaranteed. • Exceeding occupancy limits or remaining past the scheduled time may result in additional charges or early termination of the booking without refund. Food, Drink & Alcohol • Outside food and drinks are permitted unless otherwise specified for certain events. • Drinks must be non-alcoholic and in closable containers. • Alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises. Recharge Café may offer packaged snacks and limited beverage options for purchase. Conduct, Damage & Responsibility Recharge Café maintains a structured, community-focused environment. • Guests must behave respectfully toward staff and other participants. • The booking holder or host is responsible for guest behavior and any damage, excessive mess, or required cleaning fees. • Management reserves the right to end a booking early without refund for policy violations, unsafe behavior, or disruption. Recharge Café is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal pro
